This is a toy used for fetch. The dog should not be allowed to chew on the ball or it will not last.

Durable foam floating balls there are two sizes of balls 2.75" & 3.5".
Balls come in a 2 sizes 4 different colours.

Overal length is 9". The handle is roughly 7" the idea is to toss it with 2 fingers. The short handle and small loop is to avoid the dogs foot/leg from getting tangled in the loop while swimming. Toy made of Super Heavy BioThane material and fastened by rivets. They come with your choice of dense foam balls.

THESE ARE NOT CHEW TOYS. SHOULD NOT BE LEFT WITH UNSUPERVISED DOG.

BioThane is not indestructible, will last longer then leather but like all things will eventually wear specially if being dragged on the ground and over sharp rocks. Inspect your product for defect every so often to insure there are no break points to prevent pets from getting away.

All Products carry a 1 Year Warranty from the date of purchase. This includes any issues with hardware, as well as any issues that arise from the assembly process. Warranty does not cover damage caused by everyday Wear & Tear, Misuse, or Damage caused by your pet (Chewing, Biting, Scratching). Does not cover the usage of harsh chemicals or products that use Deet, such as insect repellents as they may cause staining or pitting.

Due to the item being customized for your pet. We will not be able to do an exchange or return.

When you received your item please inspect it prior to use to ensure no defects in material / hardware. That the item is made to your specifications in colour and size.

You have 7 days from date of receiving item to contact us if there is an issue with the fabrication or specifications to your item. The item will have to be returned in an unsued fashion.

If there is an error made in the production of your item we will accepted a return. We will require the item to be returned, once item is returned the corrected item will be shipped to you.
