Biothane Buckle Collar with Handle 1"
At Quest Pet Gear, our Biothane collars are the perfect blend of durability and style for your adventurous pets. Handmade with meticulous stitching, we sew our products while most use rivets, ensuring strength and longevity. We opt to sew our products to give better strength and durability than rivets. We use super heavy or standard Beta BioThane for our collars. The super heavy offers a smoother texture then standard. Super heavy is 4mm thick. Standard is 2.5mm thick. Regardless of the thickness both types offer the same strength level. All collar will be made from super heavy unless specified otherwise.
BioThane is not indestructible, will last longer then leather but like all things will eventually wear, specially if being dragged on the ground and over sharp rocks. Inspect your product for defect every so often to insure there are no break points to prevent pets from getting away.

Warranty -
All Products carry a 1 Year Warranty from the date of purchase. This includes any issues with hardware, as well as any issues that arise from the assembly process. Warranty does not cover damage caused by everyday Wear & Tear, Misuse, or Damage caused by your pet (Chewing, Biting, Scratching). Does not cover the usage of harsh chemicals or products that use Deet, such as insect repellents as they may cause staining or pitting. If an issue does occur please contact us at questpetgear@outlook.com with the subject line "Warranty". Please include a photo or description of the issue. All shipping costs for warranty repairs will be incurred by the buyer.
Return Policy
Due to the item being customized for your pet. We will not be able to do an exchange or return. When you received your item please inspect it prior to use to ensure no defects in material / hardware. That the item is made to your specifications in colour and size. You have 7 days from date of receiving item to contact us if there is an issue with the fabrication or specifications to your item. The item will have to be returned in an unsued fashion. If there is an error made in the production of your item we will accepted a return. We will require the item to be returned, once item is returned the corrected item will be shipped to you.
Colour Bleed
It is possible for certain colors, especially fluorescent colors, to transfer from the Beta rolls or finished products onto hair, skin or fabric. These colors are not hazardous and they should not present a health or safety hazard. If color transfer happens, wash with soap and water.
